🏡 Reynolds Cottages Workforce Housing Project Moves Forward!

Big news for Brunswick’s future! The Reynolds Cottages Workforce Housing Development — a vital project designed to bring much-needed affordable homeownership options to our community — is hitting major milestones.

Forward Brunswick has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of Brunswick, solidifying a partnership to make this vision a reality. Site work is underway with infrastructure construction beginning and a 12-week timeline in place — even coming in under the original budget! Utilities are coordinated, permits are filed, and local real estate pros Julie Martin of Gardner Kim Coastal Realty and Jenny Lee of DeLoach Sotheby’s are gearing up to list the 21 homes for pre-sale starting July 1st.

If everything stays on track, vertical construction kicks off August 1st, with homes ready in as little as 120 days after. 🏗️

Reynolds Cottages will provide high-quality, traditionally styled homes just blocks from Brunswick’s waterfront and downtown — a huge step forward for those who work in our community and want to live here too.

Stay tuned for more updates as these homes begin to rise and our neighborhood grows stronger!

🌞 Fresh Air, Fresh Flavors: Bubba Garcia’s New Outdoor Space at Mary Ross Park

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to savor good food and great views, Bubba Garcia’s new outdoor seating at Mary Ross Park is calling your name. 🌴

Built in just a few weeks — yes, really — this new space is already one of the best outdoor dining experiences in all of Brunswick. Picture this: brunch in the sunshine, sailboats gliding by, locals pedaling along the waterfront — it doesn’t get much better.

The vibe? Relaxed but lively. There’s often live music playing out back, and service that’ll make you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. And if you want to get even closer to the action, grab a seat at the bar window — easily one of the coolest spots to kick back with a drink.

Whether you’re brunching, lunching, or just sipping something cold, Bubba Garcia’s has seriously upped the outdoor dining game. 🌞🍹
