I'll admit it—I don't make it down to Kingsland very often. Most weeks, I'm usually focused on Brunswick, St. Simons, Jekyll, or Darien. But while putting together this week's event roundup, one thing really jumped out at me: some of the most interesting events this weekend are happening in Kingsland.

Between a murder mystery at the library, a DIY hat bar, a junk journal night, bird watching, and even worm racing (yes, really), there's a surprising amount going on just a short drive south.

It also feels like part of a much bigger story. Every time I drive through Kingsland, I notice more construction, more businesses, and more reasons to visit. That's what inspired this week's Community Conversation, where I take a closer look at why Kingsland seems to be growing so quickly—and what it could mean for the future of Camden County.
