This gentle yoga class, led by John Hartland of HartYoga, invites all levels to enjoy 75 minutes of movement and mindfulness beneath the towering trees of Musgrove Retreat. Most sessions are held outdoors, but the nearby Grovehouse offers a cozy indoor option in case of rain.
